  1. Apples & Almond Butter:                                            
    We have all heard the saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Apples are a great source of fiber and are high in antioxidants which in turn might prevent cancer. You can cut the apple into slices and dip them into almond butter like you would dip fries into ketchup.

Did you know that you can easily make trail mix at home? When we think of trail-mix we often think of trail mix which is sold in stores. You can create your own flavorful trail mix at home by purchasing your favorite dried fruits and nuts, and if you want to add a sweet treat you can choose your favorite chocolate chip add ins. You can add almonds, dark chocolate chips, dried bananas, dried coconut flakes, and dried cranberries to have a great homemade trail mix.

    Chickpeas are a great source of fiber, vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals! You can roast chickpeas in a skillet, toast them in your oven, or fry them up in your air fryer! You can season them with your favorite herbs and spices like cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic if you want a crunch salty snack. If you want a sweet and crunch snack you can season them with brown sugar and cinnamon.

You can use Greek yogurt, mustard, a pinch of salt and a pink of lemon juice. To garnish you can add some chopped celery leaves, cayenne pepper and even dried (or
